At the recent Computex 2008 in Taiwan, Dell seemed to be a game of hide and seek.
Before the discovery Computex Michael Dell with a sub-notebook that was light in color, and wore the Dell logo. It seems that it was holding a significant sales ploy to Dell customers on purchase of the new ASUS EEE 901 before they were willing to let the Dell Inspiron Mini synchronized.
What we know about the Mini Inspiron? Very little aparta few photos. Dell has refused to release any specifications for the new machine.
One thing that stands out, for most commentators, the possibility that Dell, the buttons on the pointing device side down has declined by-side to save space. You have chosen a more radical approach and took the function key buttons at the top of the keyboard. The function keys are obviously on computer terminals and PCs for at least the last 25Years.
If you look at the pictures, it is very clear that they no longer exist on the Dell Inspiron Mini. For the majority of PC buyers, home buyers do not, it does not look after, from becoming a problem. The question will be whether Dell Computer shoppers can persuade companies to buy these machines in large quantities. It will depend on how much these buyers use the function keys as shortcuts for their daily work. It is a bold move, and as with any bold steps there is a risk that couldbackfire.
We know that the keys are on the new Dell as big as they can in order for the 9-inch screen. We know that the machine will have bright colors on the outside, and they are instantly recognizable.
It is believed that the machinery of the new Intel ®-processor is AtomTM feature. It is assumed that the price will be for this machine on a par with the ASUS, HP, and other new sub-notebook PC offerings on the market. All we can do is wait and see whatDell has on offer for us later in the summer. We can debate and discuss, but chooses to Dell to provide the specifications and the equipment available, we can not do anything. It is interesting that there were no leaks to the specification of each. Who wants a Dell Inspiron Mini, you must wait.
