Dell Repair Depot bankruptcy my LCD

Hi Consumerist editors, so I bought a Dell XPS M1330 laptop last year after reading some good reviews online. Nice looking laptop, but the quality sucks Dell apparently. Within the first year alone, the motherboard had to be replaced TWICE. The laptop would hang just a few short minutes after switching on. TWICE had Dell send an on-site tech to replace the motherboard. I was a little confused. How could the quallity that bad? How could they have missed the problem with the address have a fullMotherboard replacement? Fortunately, I was still under warranty. Murphy's law: Come March this year when I finally decide to sell the damn thing, I take the pictures, to put it on eBay. The week before I decide to post on eBay, I run into the same problem. Laptop boots, let's Windows for a short time, then he goes to hang. Totally unresponsive. Called Dell, now I'm out of warranty, of course. I explain my problem, the fact that this is the third time I is in the sameProblem. Of course this is not a coincidence or a black art, which is an engineering defect that they had repeatedly failed address. Initially, the REP do not want to approve the repair. I had to do a little research and found out that these laptops are terribly prone to heat problems and graphics failure. Dell had promised to fix these problems, even when they were out of warranty. So armed with information, I call again and this time I get a friendly support staff. His name is...
